Joel Osteen – Be a Safe Place » Watch Online Sermons 2025
https://sermons.love/joel-osteen/21514-joel-osteen-be-a-safe-place.html This is a place of refuge; we’re going to tell you God’s mercy is bigger than your mistakes, that you’re forgiven, you’re redeemed, you’re valuable, and you’re made in the image of Almighty God. You still have a purpose and destiny to fulfill. My father never threw rocks; he never pushed people down, never wrote anyone off. One reason is he had made mistakes, he’d gone through failures, and he felt the sting of rejection and being pushed out. He was raised in poverty and defeat; he experienced great mercy, great love, and great forgiveness—and he freely gave that away. He was always for the underdog. One of his greatest joys was lifting the fallen, restoring the broken, and making people feel loved, valuable, and wanted—no matter what they had been through. We became known as an oasis of love—a place where you could find a new beginning. We’ve seen it happen over and over again.
Angels, Demons & You
What if the greatest battle of your life was one you couldn’t see? Pastor Allen Jackson sat down with Charlie Kirk at Dream City Church during Freedom Night in America to pull back the curtain on a realm most people ignore—but no one can evade. June 6, 2025 They explore the truths that inspired his new book, “Angels, Demons & You,” and answer the hard questions: Are fallen angels the same as demons? How can you tell if you’re under spiritual attack? What role do angels play in your life today? This isn’t a message of fear—it’s a call to awaken. God has given His people tools to stand, fight, and overcome.
Daily Devotional: Tuesday, October 7 – Submit To Jesus
https://sportsspectrum.com/daily-devotional/2025/10/07/devotional-submission-october-7/ Romans 12:1-2 urges all true believers to live out this yield of control on a daily basis. Paul writes, “Therefore, I urge you … to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God — this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” The “offering” part (v. 1) indicates the starting point of one’s relationship with God through submission to Him. The “transforming by the renewing of your mind” (v. 2) is an ongoing affirmation through the ongoing reading of the Word and the prayers of a person living a life submitted to Jesus in all areas. — Jeff Totten, Detroit Tigers chaplain
